Leap designs are efficient in the use of space, light, energy, and building materials. We integrate design, structure, finishes, lighting, heating, venting and air-conditioning to the building based on finite design, not the industry minimum, rendering a completely integrated, and sustainable building solution.
Leap Adaptive has vigorously exercised both, the fundamentals, and nuance of design through the execution of over $300mm dollars in high-end residential design and construction. Culling "what works", and what "feels right" are key components to successful design.
