The New 2020 LEAP Adaptive ACACIA design is designed to meet the needs of a young family or move-down buyer.  The Acacia's clean and contemporary design is accentuated with extended trellis' and eaves that provide solar protection at key areas of the home. Use of sliding and folding door systems provide a seamless transition to a center courtyard and patio areas inviting indoor/ outdoor living. Albeit at the lower end of the size scale (1,768 square feet ), the Acacia feels and lives like a much larger home because of its open and light-harvesting design.
