Though our smallest creation, it is considerably our most marvelous. The wee 480 square foot Hummingbird is equipped with the latest in green building technology and design. An open-airy greatroom/ kitchen combine with bedroom suit, full bath and "Chill" deck, delivering a svelte, yet luxurious home for "X and Y-Geners". Or maybe a guest house, cabana or super-cool mother-in-law- setup for the "Boomers". Like all Leap designs, it too is totally adaptive so you decide its purpose.

We heard the chirping for more and made our newest nest a little bigger. We took the Hummingbird, stretched it four feet, added a luxurious bedroom suite with full bath, storage and walk-in closet, and then expanded the Chill Deck and added an optional exterior fireplace. Like its sibling, the 860 square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath h2 with its stylish contemporary design fits amazingly well into any environment, making it the perfect tropical getaway, desert plains drifter or cozy mountain retreat.

The bigger, beautiful iteration of our little Hummingbird. Like boxing legend Sugar Ray, the h3's light and agile frame packs quite a punch. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 decks and a 2 car garage, it is equally footed as a home for a small family or empty nesters. Purposfully poised with on-demand water heaters, (3)-zone limited heat pumps, super-efficient ecological design, solar-power and water harvesting, our triple threat is ready to make a real dent on grid-reliance.
