A master bath should be luxurious. A space of purification, a space to undertake the cathartic washing away of
the day, and capturing the sense of starting anew. A large soaking tub, stone walled multi-head shower, mutted
natural light and fresh ventilation lend well to this endeavor. The utilization of natural stones, glass, porcelain and
corrosive resistant metals support the tenets of cleanliness and purity.
I like setting a mood in various rooms with small aperture, energy efficient, dimmable lighting. This provides a
finishing touch greatly appreciated in the evening.
I believe the design and selection of materials of the Hummingbird baths, embody these philosophies. The design
evokes balance and neutrality, a clean canvas of sorts for the occupant to make it their own space with art,
accesories and textiles of their liking.
