design and releases a sneak peak of the Ibis Concept. Designed to address
those living in threatened areas subject to both tidal and storm surge.
The 'Ibis' utilizes Leap Adaptive's own 'Mass Anchoring Design' principal: positioning living areas of the house above potential flood planes on visually appealing and structurally sustentative, deep foundation elements. These "Mass Anchors" are strategically and pragmatically positioned to lend purpose, poise and strength to the structure as a whole.
