The Leap Adaptive 'Nano' design is our series of small home designs, starting from a scant 812 square feet for the one bedroom studio, to 1445 square feet for the 3 bedroom townhouse. The 24' wide Nano design modules are easily adaptable to duplex, four-plex and other multi-residential unit configurations.
The Modern, inspired designs are tailored to meet the constraints of tight urban bound lots with sloping grade.
'Nano' features an open and airy design with a greatroom, Jr. Gourmet kitchen, a luxurious bedroom suite/ loft and decks fore and aft. A great studio, vaction retreat or first time home that is repleat with style and sophistication.
