The Leap Adaptive 'Nano' design is
our series of small home designs,
starting from a scant 812 square
feet for the one bedroom studio, to
1445 square feet for the 3 bedroom
townhouse. The Nano design
modules are easily adaptable to
duplex, four-plex and other
multi-residential unit configurations.

At only 20' wide, its California
inspired design is tailored to meet
the constraints of tight urban
bound lots with sloping grade.
'Nano' features an open and airy
design with a greatroom, Jr.
Gourmet kitchen, a luxurious
bedroom suite/ loft and decks fore
and aft. A great studio, vaction
retreat or first time home that is
repleat with style and
sophistication.
